Shipment Processing Time

  • US (USPS First Class): 14–20 business days
  • International (DHL/UPS): 14–25 business days
  • Shipping Fees:
    • Domestic Standard Shipping: $5.95 (free for orders ≥$99)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking number(s). Please note that tracking numbers typically become active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TeeAloha is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

  • If items are damaged or lost in transit: If you receive damaged or lost items, please contact us for a full refund. We advise you to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If your package is lost: If there are no tracking updates for your package for over 30 days, you are eligible for a free reshipment or refund. If the package arrives after a refund or reshipment, you may keep the items without the need for return.
  • 30-Day Undelivered Refund: If your package isn’t delivered within 30 days of shipment, you may apply for a free reshipment or a full refund. If no action is taken within 65 days, we will automatically issue a refund.

Additional Shipping Details

  • Standard Shipping (US): Typically arrives within 14-20 business days.
  • International Shipping: For international destinations, delivery typically takes between 14-25 business days, depending on the region.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99.
